Fidelity America is an actively managed fund aimed at long-term growth by allocating at least 70% of its investments to U.S.-based companies, including those that are listed, incorporated, or have significant operations in the United States. The remaining portion of the portfolio is invested in international companies as well as in cash and derivatives, which help manage risk, reduce transaction costs, and enhance returns. All income generated by the fund is reinvested to boost the value of each share over time.
