Fidelity UCITS II ICAV Fidelity Alternative Listed Equity Fund class G EUR Acc

The fund aims to achieve long-term capital growth by investing at least 85% of its net assets in unit classes of Fidelity Alternative Listed Equity Fund, a sub-fund of Fidelity Common Contractual Fund II, providing exposure to a diversified portfolio primarily made up of listed equities or equity-related securities.

The fund is exposed to a portfolio primarily made up of listed equities or equity-related securities, with the possibility of investing in investment grade government and corporate fixed income securities and convertible debt securities on an ancillary basis. A small portion of the fund may be retained in cash or invested in liquid instruments for liquidity purposes.

The fund is actively managed and may invest up to 15% in cash or liquid instruments, which could result in returns differing from the Master Fund. Additionally, as with any investment fund, there are risks associated with market fluctuations and potential losses.
