The fund aims to achieve long-term capital growth by investing in a diversified portfolio primarily focused on companies in Europe, excluding the United Kingdom.

The fund is substantially invested in Fidelity Europe ex-UK Equity Fund, providing exposure to shares of companies in Europe ex-UK. The Master Fund does not actively focus on any specific geographic region within Europe ex-UK, industry sector, or market capitalization. Additionally, the fund may also invest in investment grade government and corporate bonds, convertible bonds, and cash equivalents for cash management purposes.

The fund may be exposed to market risks associated with investing in equities and bonds, as well as liquidity risks due to a small portion of the fund being retained in cash or invested in liquid instruments for liquidity purposes.
