Fondmapfre Ahorro FI is a short-term euro fixed-income fund that invests entirely in high-quality public and private bonds from OECD countries. The portfolio includes government and corporate debt, money market instruments, and deposits, ensuring most investments have at least a BBB- credit rating. Up to 15% of the fund can hold lower-rated or unrated securities. The fund maintains an average investment duration of one year or less and keeps currency risk below 10%. Additionally, it allocates a significant portion to bonds issued or backed by European Union states, regional authorities, and international organizations.
