FTGF Brandywine Global Opportunistic Equity Fund (the “Fund”) investment objective is to seek to long-term investment growth, mainly through growth of capital. Investment Policy The Fund mainly invests in equities of companies in developed markets located anywhere in the world. To a lesser extent, the Fund may also invest in emerging markets (including China). This exposure may be direct or indirect via equity-related securities, collective investment schemes, or through derivatives. The companies in which the Fund will invest will have a minimum market capitalisation of USD $1 billion at the time of purchase. Derivatives and techniques The Fund may use derivatives for reducing risks (hedging) and costs, and to generate additional income or growth (in accordance with the risk profile of the Fund). Strategy The investment manager uses macroeconomic and Fundamental analysis to select a portfolio of companies that have solid balance sheets and strong free cash flow.
