The FTGS Franklin Multi-Asset Balanced Fund aims to generate income and grow in value by primarily investing in a balanced mix of equity-oriented and bond-oriented mutual funds. At least 35% of its assets are allocated to diversified equity funds that cover various countries, industries, and company sizes, with no more than 10% in emerging markets and potential investments in real estate. Similarly, a minimum of 35% is invested in bond funds, including corporate and government bonds from around the world, both high and lower-rated, as well as asset-backed securities like those tied to mortgages or car loans, with up to 10% in emerging markets.
