Investment Objective The Sub-Fund will seek to offer attractive returns by investing in stocks listed on the Mexican stock exchange market in which the manager believes there is value to be found. Specifically, the subfund will invest in companies with a solid balance sheet, growth opportunities, strong cash flow generation, and good management. Investment Policy The Sub-Fund takes advantage of market conditions based on fundamental research with a primary focus on value investing. As such, the Sub-Fund will invest at least 60% - directly in equities of companies that are listed on the Mexican stock exchange; - in initial public offerings taking place in Mexico; - in Exchange-Traded Funds (ETF's), qualifying as UCITS and other UCI pursuant that such ETF is subject to supervision considered by the CSSF to be equivalent, that replicate the performance of certain sectors, or in case, the Mexican market. From time to time the sub-fund may hold liquid assets for up to 100% of its net assets such as cash deposits, short term bonds and money market instruments. The Sub-Fund may employ on a regular basis currency management and hedging techniques. The Sub-Fund may use financial derivative instruments for hedging purposes and efficient portfolio management, such as but not limited to futures, options and currency derivatives. Benchmark The Sub-Fund is managed actively without reference to any benchmark. Fund Currency The reference currency of the Sub-Fund is USD. Income This share class is an accumulating share class. Investment Horizon Recommendation: This fund may not be appropriate for investors who plan to withdraw their money within 5 to 7 years.
