The Generali IS Euro Subordinated Debt Fund primarily invests more than half of its assets in convertible, exchangeable, and mandatory convertible bonds, including up to 10% in contingent convertible bonds (CoCos). It focuses at least 51% of its holdings in securities denominated in euros and maintains a global net long position. Additionally, the fund allocates up to 30% of its assets to bonds with equity exposure, participating shares, warrants, and short-term money market instruments, while up to 49% is invested in government and corporate debt with investment-grade ratings. The fund also includes less than 10% in equities through conversions or direct investments, ensuring a diversified and balanced portfolio aimed at preserving capital and maximizing returns.
