The manager keeps the portfolio very short overall — the weighted average time to interest‑rate change or repayment is targeted at about 60 days or less, and the weighted average time until full principal repayment at about 120 days or less — and applies ESG screens that exclude issuers heavily involved in controversial weapons, tobacco, certain fossil fuels (thermal coal, shale oil/gas, oil sands, arctic oil/gas), civilian firearms and private prisons.
