The fund aims to deliver a total return equivalent to achieving a total return of the Consumer Price Index plus 2% each year over any five year period, after all costs and charges have been taken. However, there is no guarantee that this objective will be met and investors may get back less than they invest.

The fund invests in assets that demonstrate positive Environmental, Social and/or Governance (‘ESG’) factors, in line with the Portfolio Manager’s Sustainable Investment Policy. It may invest in equities, bonds, property, commodities, hedge funds, money market instruments, deposits, and cash. The Portfolio Manager determines the mix of asset classes and geographic areas to achieve the fund’s objective.

Investors should be aware that there is no guarantee of achieving the fund's objective and that they may get back less than they invest. Additionally, the fund may use derivatives for investment purposes and to manage risk, which can introduce additional complexities and risks.
