Investment Objective The investment objective of the Fund is to achieve long-term capital appreciation by investing in a diversified portfolio of global stocks of companies that are selected with regard for both financial and sustainability criteria. Investment Policy The Fund seeks to invest in a diversified portfolio of global stocks of companies that are selected with regard for both financial and sustainability criteria and which provide products or services enabling solutions that positively impact society and address sustainability challenges globally, as determined by the Investment Manager, and in part as described by the UN Sustainable Development Goals. The Fund generally invests in stocks with equity capitalization (including all classes) of greater than $2 billion (U.S.). The Fund primarily invests in stocks listed and traded on the markets and exchanges located in countries represented in the Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI) All Country World Index. The Investment Manager believes that the MSCI All Country World Index is the most appropriate benchmark to compare the Fund’s performance because it represents a diversified portfolio of global stocks. However, the Fund is not managed to replicate the performance of the MSCI All Country World Index. Since the Fund will invest in a relatively concentrated portfolio and focus on solutions to global sustainability challenges, the Fund’s performance and characteristics may differ significantly from those of the MSCI All Country World Index. The Fund is actively managed. This means that the Investment Manager applies a detailed fundamental analysis in order to selectively pick companies in a discretionary manner. The Fund is not managed relative to a benchmark index. The Fund may use financial derivative instruments with the aim of limiting the effect that changes in foreign exchange rates may have on the value of the Fund. Fund Currency The base currency of the Fund is US Dollar. Income The shares will be distributing. Dividend income will be paid out to investors on at least an annual basis. Subscription and Redemption Investors may buy and sell shares on any day on which the banks in Ireland and the New York Stock Exchange are both open. Investment Horizon The Fund is suitable for retail and institutional investors seeking a medium to long term investment with an emphasis on sustainability and positive social impact.
