General Objective
The fund aims to provide long-term capital growth and income by investing in a portfolio of corporate bonds while promoting ESG characteristics within the meaning of Article 8 of SFDR. The fund aims to have a lower carbon intensity than its reference benchmark.
Fund Exposure
The fund is actively managed and will invest at least 70% of its assets in investment grade and non-investment grade bonds issued by companies based in developed and emerging markets. It will also invest in bonds issued by companies meeting certain lower carbon criteria, including carbon intensity, data availability, and investment in green bonds.
Risks
Investors should be aware that the value of investments and any income from them can go down as well as up, and they may not get back the amount originally invested. Additionally, investing in assets denominated in a currency other than that of the investor's own currency exposes the value of the investment to exchange rate fluctuations. Overseas investments may also be subject to fluctuations in currency exchange rates.
