HSBC Responsible Investment Funds - SRI Global Equity AC

The objective of this fund is to be exposed to international equity markets by selecting corporate securities with good environmental, social, and governance practices and financial quality. The aim is to achieve the best performance through discretionary management in international equity markets over a recommended investment horizon of at least five years.

The fund is actively managed and is permanently invested and exposed to a minimum of 75% international equities in developed country markets. The securities selection process is based on a "Best in Class" approach, focusing on environmental, social, and corporate governance criteria. The fund may also invest in securities of non-benchmark countries, including emerging countries, and reserves the right to invest in mid- and small-cap stocks.

Investors should be aware that this fund does not use derivative instruments to avoid distorting the ESG selection policy. Additionally, the foreign exchange risk is managed dynamically and is not systematically hedged. The fund also reserves the right to invest in debt products within the limit of 10% in interest rate products and term deposits. It is important to note that the minimum recommended investment period is 5 years, making it unsuitable for investors planning to withdraw their investment within a shorter timeframe.
