HSBC Sector Rotation is an investment fund aimed at achieving sustainable growth by strategically investing in different sectors of the European stock market, as defined by the STOXX indices. The fund uses exchange-traded sector index derivatives to gain exposure to these sectors and relies on a proprietary, rule-based model to make investment decisions. It actively manages its portfolio by holding cash when certain sectors are not attractive, allowing it to flexibly allocate investments between 0% and 200% in various sectors based on market conditions.
