IFSL Blackfinch OEIC - IFSL Blackfinch NextGen Infrastructure A GBP Accumulation

The aim of the Fund is to increase the value of an investment over a minimum of 5 years through a combination of capital growth and income received from investments, such as dividends and interest. The Fund is actively managed by the Investment Manager.

The Fund will invest at least 80% in listed infrastructure securities, gaining access to infrastructure indirectly through companies or investment vehicles involved in the ownership, operation, development, or maintenance of infrastructure assets. The Fund will focus on infrastructure assets serving next generation growth needs in areas such as energy transition, digitalization, and sustainable urbanization. It will have no minimum or maximum exposure to any geographic region, with a minimum of 75% in developed markets and a maximum of 25% in emerging markets.

The Fund may hold up to 20% in cash and cash equivalents for efficient portfolio management, with exposure to money market funds limited to 10%. While the Fund itself does not use derivatives, the underlying investments may utilize derivatives to varying degrees. The Fund is categorized in the IA Infrastructure sector, which contains a diverse range of funds that invest in infrastructure assets, potentially resulting in over or underperformance compared to the sector.
