IFSL Blackfinch OEIC - IFSL Blackfinch NextGen Property Securities B GBP Accumulation

The aim of the Fund is to increase the value of an investment over a minimum of 5 years through a combination of capital growth and income received from investments.

The Fund will invest at least 80% in listed property securities, gaining access to property indirectly through various asset types such as REITs, REOCs, listed property trusts, and overseas investment vehicles. Investments will focus on property assets serving next generation growth needs in areas like digitalization, ageing demographics, sustainable urbanization, and emerging middle classes. The Fund will have no minimum or maximum exposure to any geographic region, with a minimum of 75% in developed markets and a maximum of 25% in emerging markets.

The Fund may have fluctuations in performance compared to the Morningstar Global Markets REIT Index due to differences in market cap size, currency fluctuations, and geographic concentration. However, these factors should not prevent the Fund from meeting its longer-term objectives.
