General Objective
The objective of this Sub-fund is to provide investors with an appreciation of their investment mainly through a portfolio consisting of bonds of U.S. or other issuers and denominated in USD. The Sub-fund promotes environmental and social characteristics according to article 8 of the Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 but does not have sustainable investment as its objective.
Fund Exposure
At least two thirds of the Sub-fund’s assets are invested in bonds denominated in USD. The portfolio seeks to achieve a Carbon Risk Score lower than 10 on a scale from 0 to 50+ and excludes companies with negative environmental impact, such as those deriving more than 5% of their revenues from fossil fuels. The Sub-fund may invest in various types of debt securities denominated in USD, including government agencies and corporate debt.
Risks
Investors should be aware that this Sub-fund may not be appropriate for those planning to withdraw their money in less than 3 years. The exchange rate risk of the share class is hedged against the base currency of the Sub-fund, but full hedging cannot be guaranteed.
