Indépendance et Expansion France Small is an actively managed fund aimed at capital growth by investing in a diverse range of French small-cap companies listed on regulated markets, specifically selecting those with low price-to-cash-flow ratios. The portfolio may also include convertible bonds and stock warrants related to these companies. Additionally, up to 10% of the assets can be invested in companies on Euronext Growth and in non-French European small caps. The fund integrates environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria into its investment decisions, ensuring a responsible investment approach alongside its growth objectives.
