ING Direct FN EURO Stoxx 50 FI is an index fund designed to replicate the Euro Stoxx 50 Index by investing in the 50 largest publicly traded companies in the eurozone, holding each stock in the same proportion as the index. To closely track the index, the fund may use derivatives or directly purchase the underlying shares.
