Insight UK Corporate All Maturities Bond Fund Class B GBP Income

The Fund aims to generate a return, comprising both income and capital growth, that exceeds the return of the iBoxx GBP Non-gilts Index (the Fund’s Benchmark) by 1% per year over a rolling five year period before the deduction of tax, management charges and expenses (the "Target Return"). The Fund's benchmark is iBoxx GBP Non-gilts Index. In seeking to achieve its objective, the Fund will invest at least 50% of its assets directly (i.e. excluding the effect of any exposure obtained via derivatives) in Sterling denominated conventional bonds issued by entities other than the UK government. While the Fund will invest at least 50% in such instruments, typically, this could be substantially higher. The Fund’s benchmark is comprised of securities of all maturities. While the Investment Adviser will have regard to the fact that the objective of the Fund is expressed by reference to the Fund’s benchmark, the Fund is actively managed, meaning the Investment Adviser has a high level of discretion in the selection of investments and may invest in securities that are not included in the Fund’s benchmark. The Fund has internal risk measures in place that help the Fund's active risk to be managed, including an ex-ante tracking error limit, which in normal circumstances is expected to be 3% per annum but may go outside this limit in certain circumstances. The ex-ante tracking error limit is subject to change from time to time and should not be considered to be an assurance or guarantee of the performance of the Fund. The balance of the Fund’s assets may be invested to varying degrees in loans, collective investment schemes (including those managed by theInvestment Manager or its associates), deposits, cash and near cash instruments, money market instruments (including but not limited to short term commercial paper, floating rate notes, medium term notes or securities issued or guaranteed by any OECD government, its agencies orinstrumentalities or by any supra-national entity with investment grade rating as rated by a recognised rating agency), repurchase agreements (for efficient portfolio management purposes only), reverse repurchase agreements (for efficient portfolio management purposes only), derivatives and forward transactions. The Investment Manager may invest in these instruments for liquidity, diversification purposes and/or to generate a return. The Fund may invest directly, or indirectly, in sub-investment grade bonds and contingent convertible bonds up to a combined limit of 25% of its assets. Derivatives may be used for efficient portfolio management as well as for meeting the investment objective of the Fund. This Fund may not be appropriate for investors who plan to withdraw their money within five years. Class S Accumulation Shares do not pay a dividend. Any income arising is retained in the Fund and reflected in the value of the share class. Shares can be bought from and sold back to the Fund on any business day in the United Kingdom.
