General Objective
The objective of the Fund is to outperform the MSCI EMU Index (Net Total Return) in the long term and to support the transition to a low carbon economy over the medium to long term.
Fund Exposure
The Fund will be invested in shares of Eurozone companies that demonstrate the ability and willingness to reduce their carbon emissions at a greater rate than the benchmark, MSCI EMU Index (Net Total Return). The Fund employs screening to exclude companies that do not meet its ESG criteria, including involvement in certain environmental issues such as coal extraction, unconventional oil and gas, and non-climate-related sectors like tobacco.
Risks
As an actively managed fund, the Fund has broad discretion over portfolio construction, leading to differences in securities, weightings, and risk characteristics compared to the benchmark.
