Invesco Global Smaller Companies Fund (UK) seeks long-term capital growth by investing in smaller companies around the world. The fund builds a diversified portfolio of shares and other equity-related securities in companies with a market capitalisation of less than $2 billion, using research-led fundamental analysis and regional expertise to find quality businesses in a broad, often under-researched universe. It invests at least 80% of its assets in smaller-company equity exposure and may also hold other transferable securities, money-market instruments, collective investment schemes, deposits and cash. The fund is actively managed, is compared with the MSCI AC World Small Cap Index NTR, and is not constrained by that benchmark.
