Invesco Tactical Bond Fund (UK) is a flexibly managed, unconstrained bond fund that seeks income and capital growth over the medium to long term. It invests across the full fixed income universe and adjusts its mix as market conditions change, taking more or less risk when the manager sees opportunities or when risk is less well rewarded. The fund can hold substantial cash or cash equivalents at times, and it has a flexible allocation to corporate and government debt securities, including investment grade, non-investment grade and unrated bonds. It may also invest in short-term debt securities, money-market instruments, other transferable securities, collective investment schemes and deposits. The fund is actively managed and is compared against UK 3 Month Treasury Bills, but it is not constrained by that benchmark.
