General Objective
The fund aims to provide capital growth over the long term and to outperform the FTSE EPRA Nareit Developed Europe Capped Index, after the deduction of charges, over any 5-year period.

The fund invests at least 75% of its assets in a concentrated portfolio of shares and equity-related securities of real estate investment trusts (REITs) and companies in the EEA or the UK. The securities will derive the main part of their revenue from owning, developing, and managing real estate.
