KBC Bonds Corporate USD primarily invests at least two-thirds of its assets in high-quality US-dollar corporate bonds from a variety of industries, all holding investment-grade ratings. Up to a quarter of the portfolio may include convertible bonds and bonds with warrants, while the remaining assets can be allocated to money market instruments, bank deposits, and a small portion in shares or other units. Additionally, the fund may include non-US dollar industrial company bonds with managed currency risk, and it specifically avoids distressed or defaulted securities. This diverse mix of bond types and maturities is designed to generate strong returns.
