KBC Bonds Inflation-Linked Bonds focuses on generating returns by investing primarily in inflation-linked bonds from European issuers, including French Obligations Assimilables du Trésor indexées sur l’inflation (OATI) and British Index-Linked Gilts (ILG). At least two-thirds of the fund's assets are allocated to these high-quality, investment-grade bonds, while up to one-quarter may be invested in convertible bonds and bonds with warrants. Additionally, the fund can hold money market instruments, bank deposits, and a small portion in shares and other units to support liquidity and enhance performance. The portfolio avoids distressed and defaulted securities, ensuring a stable investment approach aligned with the JP Morgan Euro Linked Securities Index.
