Selection is based on fundamental analysis, ensuring that at least 80% of the holdings have a minimum MSCI ESG Rating of BBB. The fund prioritizes companies with strong environmental, social, and governance practices by excluding those involved in environmental damage, corruption, human rights violations, or poor labor practices. Additionally, up to 10% of the portfolio may include investments in emerging market companies and other investment vehicles to enhance diversification and growth potential.
