The Fund primarily invests in companies in developed markets through equity and equity-related securities that are identified as being mispriced based on earnings power, asset values, or relative to other companies in developed markets. The Fund may also invest up to 20% of its net asset value in companies in non-developed markets. There is no specific industry or sector focus, and equity exposure is limited to common stock, preferred stock, ADRs, GDRs, and convertible preferred stock. The Fund's equity exposure is limited to companies whose shares are listed or traded on a stock exchange.

Investors should be aware that there is no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objective. Additionally, the Fund may hold up to 20% of its assets in ancillary liquid assets, such as bank deposits, and does not use derivative instruments. The Fund's base currency is US Dollars, and investors can buy, sell, or switch shares on any day that banks are open for business in Luxembourg.
