Lazard Convertible Europe constructs its portfolio mainly from a diverse range of up to 110 securities, including convertible and exchangeable bonds, bonds with equity warrants, corporate and financial traded debt, and sovereign debt, encompassing both investment grade and high yield categories. Additionally, the fund may hold up to 10 investments each in French money-market and bond funds and in equities that arise from conversions. This active management approach aims to outperform the FTSE Europe Focus Convertible Index by carefully selecting and balancing these various convertible and debt instruments across European markets.
