The Lazard Listed Private Markets Fund aims to achieve long term capital growth with income as a secondary component of total return.

The Fund invests in a long-only, diversified portfolio primarily comprised of listed securities deriving not less than 50% of their intrinsic value from exposure to global private market assets, including private equity, private credit, real estate, and infrastructure. It may also invest in equities, fixed and/or floating rate bonds, and other debt instruments, as well as up to 10% in units or shares of other open-ended investment funds.

Investors should be aware that the Fund may not be appropriate for those planning to withdraw their money within a short period of time. Additionally, the Fund's performance is measured against the MSCI World Net Total Return Index (USD), but it has the flexibility to invest in securities and asset classes not included in the Benchmark, which may introduce additional risks.
