General Objective
The objective of the Fund is to provide growth above that of the Numis Smaller Companies ex-Investment Companies Index Net TR, the "Benchmark Index". The Fund aims to outperform the Benchmark Index over rolling three-year periods after the deduction of all fees and expenses.
Fund Exposure
The Fund is actively managed and invests at least 70% in shares of UK companies that are in the lowest 10% by capitalisation of UK stock markets. These are companies that are incorporated, headquartered or which have their principal business activities in the UK, or companies that are listed in the UK and constituents of the Benchmark Index. Over a market cycle, the Fund will comprise on average 50 to 100 companies selected by the Manager following research of each company.
Risks
This Fund is not designed for investors who cannot afford more than a minimal loss of their investment. Although investors can take their money out at any time, this Fund may not be appropriate for those who plan to withdraw their money within five years.
