The fund aims to achieve long-term capital growth by investing in European (excluding UK) companies directly or indirectly owned, controlled, and/or managed by families with a bias towards small and micro capitalizations. The investment approach focuses on companies exposed to long-term trends with underlying growth drivers and superior economic returns.

The fund invests a minimum of 75% of its assets in European Economic Area equities, with a focus on companies owned or managed by families. The investment manager conducts fundamental analysis and company visits to select individual stocks, with a bias towards small and micro capitalizations.

The fund may be exposed to liquidity risk, where investments in illiquid financial instruments could impact the fund's ability to transact at advantageous times or prices. Additionally, operational risks and risks related to asset safekeeping may pose challenges, potentially leading to losses due to human error or system failures.
