Objectives and Investment Policy The Sub-Fund is actively managed in reference to the Bloomberg U.S. Treasury Index, which is used only for performance comparison and internal risk monitoring, without constraining investment decisions. While portfolio issuers will generally resemble those in the Benchmark, the Investment Manager may select issuers outside the benchmark universe, and holdings are expected to deviate materially. The Sub-Fund aims to achieve a total return exceeding that of the Benchmark by primarily investing in investment-grade fixed or floatingrate debt securities issued by the U.S. government, government-related bodies, supranational entities, corporates, and other foreign issuers. It may invest across all maturities. The Investment Manager retains full discretion over instrument selection, markets, issuer types, currencies, and maturities. In line with diversification rules, up to 20% of net assets may be held in cash and cash equivalents for investment, treasury, or defensive purposes. The Sub-Fund may also invest up to 10% of its net assets in UCITS or UCIs.
