M&G (Lux) Better Health Solutions Fund EUR C Acc

Objective: The Fund aims to: financial objective: provide a higher total return (capital growth and income) than the global equity market over any five year period; and impact objective: invest in companies that deliver solutions to address the challenge of better health and well-being. Core investment: at least 80% of the Fund is invested in the shares of companies, across any sector and of any size, from any developed market. The Fund may also invest in the shares of emerging market companies. The Fund is concentrated and usually holds shares in fewer than 40 companies. The Fund invests in securities that meet the ESG Criteria, applying an Exclusionary Approach, in addition to its sustainable investment strategy used in pursuit of the sustainable investment objective, as described in the precontractual annex. Other investments: other funds (including funds managed by M&G) and cash or assets that can be turned into cash quickly. Derivatives usage: To reduce risks and costs. Strategy in brief: Investment approach: the Fund invests over the long term in companies delivering solutions to better health and well-being. Investment manager’s ESG classification: Planet+ / Impact, as defined in the Prospectus. Benchmark: MSCI World Net Return Index The benchmark is a comparator against which the Fund’s performance can be measured. The index has been chosen as the Fund’s benchmark as it best reflects the Fund’s financial objective. The benchmark is used solely to measure the Fund’s performance and does not constrain the Fund’s portfolio construction. The Fund is actively managed. The Investment Manager has complete freedom in choosing which investments to buy, hold and sell in the Fund. The Fund’s holdings may deviate significantly from the benchmark’s constituents and as a result the Fund’s performance may deviate materially from the benchmark.
