The Sub-Fund aims to achieve high performance in both absolute and relative terms over the long term horizon, although there is no guarantee that this objective will be met.

The Sub-Fund primarily invests in a select portfolio of Transferable Securities of companies domiciled in Europe, with the flexibility to invest up to 10% of its net assets in emerging countries. The fund is not limited by economic sector or currency denomination, but may focus on specific European countries, currencies, or economic sectors based on market conditions.

The Sub-Fund may use financial derivative instruments for hedging purposes, which can increase leverage and entail additional costs and risks. Additionally, the fund may temporarily hold Liquid Assets for defensive purposes, such as cash deposits and money market instruments, for up to 100% of its net assets.
