Man Funds plc - Man Euro Corporate Bond D EUR

The Fund aims to provide income and capital growth over the medium to long term by investing in fixed and floating rate corporate bonds listed or traded on Recognised Markets globally, with a focus on Euro denominated securities.

The Fund will invest across the full range of capital structures from senior secured to subordinated bonds, and may also invest in government bonds, government agencies, and supra-nationals worldwide. It may allocate up to 20% of its Net Asset Value in below investment grade or unrated securities, and up to 30% in emerging markets.

Investors should be aware that the Fund may actively use financial derivative instruments, which can amplify gains or losses. Additionally, the Fund may increase its holdings of cash and other liquid assets in exceptional market circumstances. The Fund's investment policy is not constrained by the Benchmark, and it may also invest in other assets such as currencies, equities, and CoCos.
