The Fund's investment objective is to provide long-term capital growth. q The Fund will seek to achieve its objective through investments in equity securities of companies globally primarily engaged in natural resources and natural resources-related businesses (being companies with a majority of assets, revenues or earnings from natural resources, or from activities that directly rely on or support natural resources). The Investment Manager considers natural resources to generally include, but not be limited to, metals, agricultural products, timber, water, energy (preferencing renewable sources), and chemicals. q The Fund will invest at least 80% of its Net Asset Value in such securities. The Fund may also invest in global currencies, other collective investment schemes, money market instruments, fixed and floating rate, investment grade and non-investment grade, government or corporate bonds, bonds convertible into common stock, preferred shares and other fixed income investments. Debt securities may be issued by any government, company or international agency and are not subject to a minimum rating requirement. q The Investment Manager may construct a focused portfolio ranging from 30 to 60 securities. The Fund may have significant exposure to the energy and materials sectors and may invest globally with no limit on the extent of investment in emerging markets. q The Fund promotes, among other characteristics, environmental and social characteristics within the meaning of Article 8 of the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR). The Fund commits to a minimum proportion of sustainable investments through the application of the Investment Manager's proprietary 'SDG Framework' to measure issuer alignment to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and therefore contribution to environmental/social objectives as applicable. q The Investment Manager will apply an exclusion list of controversial stocks or industries which may be related to arms and munitions, nuclear weapons, tobacco production and coal-oriented activities (where the production of coal or coal-based energy represents more than 30% revenue). q The Fund may increase its holdings of cash and other liquid assets in times of exceptional market circumstances or where it is of the opinion that there are insufficient investment opportunities. q The Fund may actively use financial derivative instruments (i.e. instruments whose prices are dependent on one or more underlying assets) ("FDI")) which may multiply the gains or losses made by the Fund on a given investment or on its investments generally. q Benchmark: The Fund is actively managed and will use the S&P Global Natural Resources Index (the "Benchmark") for performance comparison purposes. Although the Benchmark may be used for performance comparison purposes, the Fund's investment policy is not constrained by the Benchmark. The Fund can deviate substantially from the issuer, country and sector weightings of the Benchmark and there are no restrictions on the deviation from the Benchmark. q This product has a recommended holding period of at least 3 years. q Investors can buy and sell their shares on each Dealing Day of the Fund. q Any income earned on investments will be added to the value of investors' shares. q The Fund's reference currency is USD. q Investment in the Fund is suitable for investors seeking long-term capital growth with an investment horizon of three to five years and who are willing to accept high levels of volatility.
