Man GLG Sterling Corporate Bond Fund Institutional Income Shares (Class G)

The Fund aims to provide income and capital growth by outperforming the ICE BofA Sterling Corporate & Collateralized Index (GBP Total Return) over 3 year rolling periods by investing in Sterling denominated bond securities issued by UK and non-UK companies.

The Fund primarily invests in Sterling denominated bond securities issued by UK and non-UK companies, including corporate bodies, governments, and supranational bodies. It may also invest in other transferable securities, financial derivative instruments, money market instruments, deposits, cash equivalents, and other funds. The Fund can invest up to 10% of its assets in collective investment schemes.

The Fund may invest up to 20% in securities that are less than investment grade credit quality. There is no specific industry, geographic, or sectoral focus for the Fund's portfolio. The Fund may also hold a significant portion in cash and/or liquid assets for liquidity management purposes or when there are insufficient investment opportunities. The Fund is actively managed, with the Investment Adviser using a bottom-up approach to select assets and considering macro factors that may influence individual issuers' ability to repay their debt.
