General Objective
The fund aims to achieve attractive risk-adjusted returns by primarily investing in a diversified portfolio of investment grade fixed and floating rate government and corporate debt securities of varying maturities, denominated in major world currencies. The fund also seeks to promote environmental and social characteristics within the meaning of article 8 of the SFDR.
Fund Exposure
The fund is actively managed and seeks to outperform the JP Morgan GBI Global 1-3 Year Total Return Index by 0.5% -1.0% on average per annum over the medium to long term. The fund may invest in securities, issuers, companies, or sectors not included in the Index. Up to 20% of the fund may be invested in fixed income securities rated below investment grade, and up to 50% can be invested in emerging markets. The fund may also use financial derivative instruments for hedging and/or investment purposes.
Risks
Investors should be aware that the fund may experience a tracking error within a range of 1.0% - 3.0% on an ex-post basis, and there is no guarantee the fund will outperform the Index. Additionally, the fund may use leverage ranging from 0% to 200% of Net Asset Value, which could amplify gains or losses made by the fund on its investments. The fund does not distribute dividends, and income and capital gains are reinvested.
