The MGTS Aequitas Cautious Fund is designed to grow your capital with the potential for income by carefully balancing investments across various asset classes and regions. Its portfolio primarily consists of bonds, including government, corporate, sub-investment grade, and inflation-linked types, typically making up 40% to 60% of the fund, but never less than 15%. Additionally, the fund invests in shares, usually exceeding 40% and up to 60%, ensuring a diversified exposure to different economic sectors and geographic areas. To maintain flexibility and manage risks, the fund also holds up to 10% in cash, adjusting this amount higher when market conditions are unstable or valuations are high.
