The MGTS Clarion Explorer Portfolio aims for capital growth over six years by diversifying its investments globally across various sectors and asset types. At least 70% of the portfolio is allocated to regulated collective investment schemes, ensuring broad exposure to different markets and industries. Additionally, up to 30% is invested directly in a mix of shares, bonds, cash, real estate investment trusts (REITs), and structured products. The portfolio maintains a minimum of 50% exposure to equities, while the remaining investments include government and corporate bonds, alternative assets, and cash holdings typically below 20%. This strategic asset allocation is regularly adjusted to respond to changes in global investment conditions.
