The fund aims to achieve capital growth over the medium to long term (five years and over) by actively selecting and investing in a globally-diversified range of equities through a carefully selected range of active investment managers.

The fund is almost entirely exposed to equities through actively-managed OEICS, Unit Trusts, and other collective investment vehicles, including exchange traded funds. The portfolio includes sterling and non-sterling assets, with the UK forming one of the largest single country exposures, representing up to 30% of this portion of the portfolio. The fund does not have any particular geographic, industry, or economic sector focus.

The fund may temporarily depart from its investment policy in response to extraordinary market, political, or similar conditions. The Investment Manager may adjust percentage limits to avoid losses during these periods. Additionally, as an actively managed fund, there is a risk that investment decisions may not always be successful in achieving the fund's objectives.
