MGTS St Johns High Income Property Fund primarily invests in UK commercial real estate, dedicating at least 70% of its portfolio over five years to properties such as light and heavy industrial sites, chemical plants, manufacturing facilities, offices, and service sector buildings. Additionally, the fund holds a significant portion of its assets in property-related businesses, including shares in UK real estate investment trusts (REITs) and their international equivalents, ensuring that over 60% of its investments are focused on property. To further diversify, up to 15% of the portfolio is allocated to collective investment schemes and other real estate investment trusts.
