The objective of the fund is to provide a balance of capital growth and income over a minimum holding period of 4 years, with no guarantee of achieving this objective and with capital and income at risk.

The fund will invest a minimum of 40% and a maximum of 85% directly in shares, with the remainder invested in cash, near cash instruments, regulated collective investment schemes, and certain other transferable securities. It will also invest a minimum of 50% in securities listed or incorporated in developed markets as defined by well-known index providers.

Investors should be aware that the fund is actively managed, meaning the manager selects investments rather than tracking an index. The use of derivatives and/or hedging transactions are permitted for efficient portfolio management, and the fund may hold assets that embed derivatives for investment purposes. Additionally, shares in the fund can be bought and sold daily, but it may not be appropriate for investors planning to withdraw their money within 4 years.
