Morgan Stanley Funds (UK) - Global Quality Select Fund F Hedged Acc GBP

The fund aims to grow investors' investments over a period of 5 to 10 years, while also applying ESG criteria to achieve a significantly lower greenhouse gas emissions intensity compared to the reference universe.

At least 70% of the fund's investments will be in company shares in developed markets on a global basis. The fund focuses on a concentrated portfolio of high-quality companies with sustainably high returns on operating capital, intangible assets such as brands, networks, licenses, and patents, and pricing power. It includes climate and weapons-related exclusions, a greenhouse gas emissions intensity filter, and other sector/industry restrictions such as alcohol and tobacco.

The fund may make use of exchange-traded and over-the-counter options, futures, and other derivatives for efficient portfolio management purposes, including hedging. Additionally, the fund may invest up to 30% of its assets in companies in emerging markets, including China A-Shares via Stock Connect.
