Morgan Stanley Sterling Corporate Bd Fd primarily invests in a diverse range of fixed income securities, with at least 80% of its portfolio composed of bonds, debentures, and securitized debt issued by global companies either in British Pounds or hedged to Sterling. The fund also includes non-Sterling denominated bonds, UK government bonds, and money market instruments, allocating up to 20% of its assets to government bonds, non-Sterling bonds, cash, and equivalents. Additionally, it may hold more than 35% of its fixed income investments from a single issuer and utilizes derivatives to effectively manage the portfolio. The goal is to provide income and grow investments by outperforming a key Sterling bond index over one to three years.
