The fund primarily invests in Fixed Income Securities, with at least 70% of its investments in lower rated bonds issued by governments, agencies, and corporations in both developed and emerging markets. The fund also incorporates sustainability-related risks and opportunities into its assessment process and includes climate- and weapons-related exclusions, as well as sector/industry restrictions such as tobacco.
Risks
Investors should be aware that the fund may invest up to 30% of its assets in higher quality bonds that do not meet the lower rated criteria, as well as in derivatives and securities acquired on the China Interbank Bond Market. Additionally, income may be paid quarterly in cash or additional shares, and investors may buy and sell shares on every full banking business day in Luxembourg.
