This actively managed sub-fund primarily invests in equity securities within the Eurozone while promoting environmental and social characteristics. It is categorized as article 8(1) of Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 on sustainability-related disclosures in the financial services sector.

The sub-fund is a multi-manager portfolio utilizing leading institutional portfolio managers with proven Eurozone equity expertise. The majority of equity investments held by the sub-fund are components of the Reference Benchmark Index (RBI), MSCI EMU Net Total Return. The investment strategy allows for discretion to invest in companies not included in the RBI to take advantage of specific opportunities, potentially leading to divergence from the RBI's performance during periods of higher market volatility.

Investors should be aware that the performance of this sub-fund may strongly diverge from the performance of the RBI during periods of higher market volatility. Additionally, as the sub-fund promotes environmental and social characteristics, it excludes companies or sectors considered to entail significant negative social or environmental risks.
