Neuberger Berman Emerging Market Debt Sustainable Investment Grade Blend Fund Class AUD I2 Acc-Hdg

The Fund aims to achieve a target average return of 1% over the benchmark before fees over a market cycle by investing primarily in a blend of investment grade rated hard currency and local emerging market currency denominated debt, issued by sovereigns, quasi-sovereigns, sub-sovereigns, and corporate credits in emerging market countries that meet the Sustainable Criteria.

The Fund is actively managed and invests in investment grade securities that are highly rated, generally those rated Baa3, BBB- or above by recognized rating agencies. It is not constrained by the benchmark and comprises a one-third weighting to JPMorgan GBI Emerging Markets Global Diversified Investment Grade 15% Cap Index and two-thirds weighting to JP Morgan EMBI Global Diversified Investment Grade Index. The Fund gives some consideration to the benchmark constituents in the selection of securities and may not hold all or many of the benchmark’s components.

The main risks facing the Fund include Market Risk, Liquidity Risk, Counterparty Risk, Credit Risk, Interest Rate Risk, and Derivatives Risk. Market risk involves the overall performance of companies and the market perception of the global economy, while liquidity risk may affect the value of the Fund and its ability to meet redemption requests. Counterparty risk relates to the failure of a counterparty to fulfill payment obligations, credit risk involves bond issuers failing to meet repayments, interest rate risk is affected by interest rate movements, and derivatives risk is associated with the use of derivative instruments.
