New Millennium - Euro Bonds Short Term D

The objective of this fund is to achieve returns in excess of those which can normally be achieved through monetary instruments while trying to maintain a low risk profile.

The fund invests in deposits, money market instruments, fixed and variable bonds denominated in Euro issued mainly by governments and supranational bodies. The benchmark consists of 90% B-Barclays Emu Govt Bond 1-3 y TR and 10% B-Barclays Pan Euro Corp FRN bond TR. The investment manager may also invest in financial instruments not included in the benchmark to take advantage of specific opportunities.

This fund's active management approach involves a deviation from the reference index which can be significant. Derivative instruments may be used for investment purposes, with a total commitment not exceeding 20% of the net asset value of the fund. Investors may redeem their shares on any business day, and a dividend equal to index Euribor 3 months+30 bps is distributed on a yearly basis regardless of the fund's performance.
